Services are free for teens age 17 or younger.

You do not need insurance to use our services.

We base charges on a sliding fee scale. The amount of money an individual pays for a visit and related services (i.e. birth control, lab tests) is determined by your income (before taxes) and the number individuals in the household supported by this income. If you are married, your fee is based on the income of you and your spouse.

Insurance plans accepted include:

MassHealth, Network Health, BMC HealthNet, Tufts, Neighborhood Health Plan,  Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Children’s Medical Security Plan.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield :

HMO: you need a referral from your Primary Care Physician.    

PPO:   you do not need a referral from your Primary Care Physician.

TUFTS:
Females DO NOT need a referral from a Primary Care Physician.
Males DO need a referral from a Primary Care Physician.

All clients must present their insurance card with at the time of the visit and pay your office visit co-pay. It is your responsibility to check to see if your insurance covers family planning services.
